Terms and Conditions for Gippy Shuttle Airport Transfer Service

1. Booking and Reservations

  • Passengers must make reservations in advance to secure their airport transfer.
  • Bookings can be made online, via phone, or through our authorised agents.
  • We recommend booking at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time.

2. Cancellation and Refunds

  • Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the pickup time are eligible for a full refund.
  • Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) may incur a cancellation fee.
  • No-shows will not receive a refund.

3. Baggage Allowance

  • Passengers are allowed one standard-sized suitcase and one carry-on bag.
  • Additional baggage may incur extra charges.

4. Pickup and Drop-off

  • Passengers must be ready at the designated pickup location at the scheduled time.
  • Drivers will wait for up to 15 minutes; after that, it may be considered a no-show.
  • We provide door-to-door service within the specified service area.

5. Payment

  • Payment can be made online during booking or in cash to the driver.
  • Credit cards and major payment methods are accepted.

6. Safety and Conduct

  • Passengers must follow safety guidelines during the journey.
  • No smoking, alcohol, or illegal substances are permitted in the shuttle.
  • Disruptive behaviour may result in termination of service.

7. Liability

  • Gippy Shuttle is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.
  • Passengers are responsible for their personal belongings.

8. Privacy

  • Passenger information is kept confidential and used only for booking and service purposes.
